This page explains what information Brooksby Realty PLLC (“we”) collects through brooksbyrealty.com and how we use it.

If you sign in with Google

Signing in is optional. You can view every page and listing without it. If you choose to sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us, and we record:

• your name and email address,
• the date and time you signed in, and
• the page you signed in from.

We keep this in a private Google Sheet that only we can access. We use it to know who is interested in our listings and, occasionally, to follow up with you about homes or real estate services. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

If you send us a message

The contact form opens your own email program with your message already written. We receive only what you choose to send, and use it to reply to you.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, email eric@brooksbyrealty.com or call (435) 232-2405. You can also remove this site’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings.
